Your company data could be worth $100k–$3 million
There's a new channel of revenue that has just been unlocked for companies with over 20 people that have been around longer than a year.
Few know it, but AI labs now let you monetize your company’s operational data, and they're spending $15 billion this year on it to train the next frontier of LLMs. Your workflows, documentation, processes, and internal convos like Slack are extremely valuable and they're paying anywhere from $100k to $3 million for it per company.
Before you ask, all the data is anonymized and cleaned before it's sent to a Lab. Bezel (Y combinator backed) helps find a data partner that is the best fit for you.
Hi {{first_name}},
Your best-day plan has never met Thursday-you.
Imagine a late train, a long shift, and dinner still in the fridge. The plan says “two hours of deep work.” Your brain says “we could watch one video.”
The video has cousins. Suddenly it is midnight.
This is why a standard needs a floor. A small version you chose before the day got messy.
Not an excuse to coast. A clear way to begin without a courtroom debate in your head.
If you picked a November result on Tuesday, use it here. If you missed that issue, choose one useful thing to finish this month.
Set a floor you can recognize:
Choose one small unit of work. Write one useful paragraph. Test one spreadsheet formula. Edit ten seconds of video. “Try harder” is not a unit.
Attach it to a real moment. After dinner, open the file and do that unit. Start with a block that takes less than ten minutes to begin.
Keep a receipt. Save the paragraph, screenshot the test, or export the clip. Record what happened, including days you needed rest.
Copy this standard:
After ___, I will make ___.
My small version takes about ___ minutes.
My proof will live in ___.
If I miss it, my next start is ___.
A sample: after dinner, edit one headline and save the old version beside it. You now have something to compare. That is more useful than a checkmark for “being productive.”
The floor can change when your life changes. Illness and care work are real. A standard that ignores them is just a slogan with better fonts.
Standards beat moods when the standard is usable.
Write your small version now. Put it beside the file.
You are building trust with yourself through evidence. Keep the promise plain enough to keep.
Dale.
